First wedding anniversary gift creative ideas?
Does anyone have any ideas for gifts that are impressive for a wedding anniversary? Besides clothing common, jewelry, etc. My husband is a man of very simple, like everything, but I want it to be special. One thing you want is an English Bulldog, but we're getting that once we bought our house …. any ideas greatly appreciated!
My suggestion for birthday gift, I'd choose something special that you both enjoy, with emphasis on it. For our part, my husband and I ate at a restaurant so special that he wanted to try and never had (and normally could not afford – but it's the 1st special). We spent the whole day for us – the scheduling of family celebrations for a while later – that's what I suggest. Whatever you and your husband enjoy doing together the most – to do so. But trying to fit into something new that both can enjoy: hiking with a romantic picnic, visit a special place … perhaps revisit the place where it was promised that perhaps reliving the moment when he realized you were in love with each other. Or you could say to hell with everything, rent a couple of your favorite movies, turn off all forms of communication, and "not home" so you can be alone at night. Perhaps make a CD of "songs" to listen to during dinner – preparing his favorite meal or having it delivered. Anyway, Happy Anniversary.
