Help with an English Bulldog – is mean and destructive!?

HELP! I have an English Bulldog from hell! My Bullie Diesel is actually a bully! Everybody in the house wants is gone! The problem is that I love the dog to death. Before you start hitting it that I have worked with him and tried my best to train him since he came home at 10 weeks. He is 1 year now and not stop destroying everything in the house. He bites everyone in the house as well. We have given this dog, but no love from day 1. Nuetering anyone know if you can help calm down this insane or have a suggestion? He will have to go soon if I can not solve this problem. The problem is that I love the dog as one of my own children and do not want to get rid of him, but the bite and destruction must stop.
